After months of rumors, Janet Jackson has finally announced her formal return to music and touring.
Late last night, she tweeted a video titled “announcement” which was an in-studio clip where she does a sweet voice over to make the announcement.
“I promised you’d hear it from my lips, and now you will. This year: new music, new world tour, a new movement.”
Janet hasn’t released any new music since 2008’s number 1 album Discipline so fans have been waiting for her to release new material. Your wish has been granted. Watch the clip below.
