Two major albums released this past Friday — Chris Brown’s Royalty and Pusha T’s Darkest Before Dawn – The Pelude.
Thanks to Chris’ loyal fan base and consistent hits these past few months, his album is set to move 125-135k copies (150-160k SPS) in the first week which should help him land at the #1 spot on Billboard 200 this week. In comparison, his album X also did similar numbers of 146k but had to settle for the #2 spot.
Pusha T’s prequel to his next album King Push called Darkest Before Dawn – The Prelude was released with a limited notice of about two weeks and considering that, the project is projected to move a respectable 38-43k (40-45k SPS) in the first week according to HDD.
