The handwritten track list that Kanye shared last night of his upcoming album SWISH has made a lot of noise, thanks to the way some titles are written and of course the “Kylie was here” note at the bottom.
His longtime collaborator and friend Consequence caught the wind and decided to share Kanye’s handwritten tracklist for The College Dropout from 2003 on his Instagram. Cons also reveals how ’18 Years’ on the list later went on to become ‘Ye’s smash ‘Gold Digger’ while #6 ‘Good Bad Ugly’ was swapped for ‘Spaceship’ and later used on Cons’ 2007 album Don’t Quit Your Day Job!
Historical document indeed. Also, now we know that the handwriting on the SWISH tracklist note is not of North’s (lol) but Kanye himself.
