Nicki Minaj Talks Meeting Idol Lauryn Hill & Her Twerk Video on The Breakfast Club

Nicki Minaj performed at the Tidal X 1015 concert his past weekend and delivered a solid set. Before that though, Nicki had the honor of meeting her childhood idol Lauryn Hill backstage and she was visibly excited about the experience.

Nicki even fell to her knees and professed her love for Luaryn Hill. But that was not it — Nicki had everybody talking at the concert when she twerked heavy to Fetty Wap’s hit ‘Trap Queen’. Nicki called into The Breakfast Club this morning and spoke on finally meeting Lauryn Hill for the first time. She also addressed her twerk adventures and clarified why she blocked photographers from shooting her twerking on the stage.
