Earlier today, Hamilton creator and star Lin-Manuel Miranda announced the release of the Hamilton mixtape featuring a wide range of well known artists like Nas, Wiz Khalifa, Chance The Rapper, The Roots, Usher, Sia, Alicia Keys, Kelly Clarkson and more.
As promised by Miranda, the project is now up for pre-order which comes along with the “Rise Up” remix of the song ‘My Shot’ with assistance from Busta Rhymes, Joell Ortiz and lead singer of Fun., Nate Ruess. The original ‘My Shot’ is a song from Act 1 of the 2015 musical which the cast performed at the White House as well back in March.
