Busta Rhymes has been working on a new album for a long time. The last project he released was The Abstract Went on Vacation in December, 2015 while his last single ‘AAAHHHH!‘ featuring Swizz Beatz came out last December.
But it appears like the veteran emcee is now looking to end the drought. Last night, producer Murda Beatz went live on his Instagram with Busta Rhymes in the studio to celebrate the latter’s 45th birthday and as a special treat for fans, played an unreleased, yet untitled collaboration. “We turnin the heat up again, we f*cking the beat up again, we blowin’ the speakers again,” Busta can be heard singing on the hook over a bouncy beat from the Canadian producer.
You can also hear the “Murda on the beat, so it’s not nice” tag on the front of the song. Murda Beatz has been on a roll lately, producing hits such as Drake’s ‘Portland’, Migos’ ‘Get Right Witcha’, Nicki Minaj’s ‘No Frauds’ and many more.
