Two years ago, Gucci Mane had announced that he will be releasing his first movie The Spot which was shot even a year or so before that. “On 10/17, I’m making history, and I’m glad my fans can be a part of it. It’s my first time ever producing a movie. Please check out my movie, ‘The Spot,’ the first of many more,” the rapper said in 2015. “This is a great way to commemorate my ten year anniversary and I want my fans to experience this with me and help me think of the most daring and expansive way possible to bring this film to the world. I want cutting edge ideas nothing is too risky, I love the unorthodox. Burrr,” he continued.
But since then, the movie kept getting delayed for multiple reasons including his jail stint. A lot has changed since his release last May — hell, he looks completely like a new person now. The Atlanta trapper is now giving fans a chance to watch the film in its entirety. The movie, which also stars his girlfriend Keyshia Ka’oir, Rocko, Young Scotter and more, is directed by Gucci along with Mr. Boomtown. Watch it below.
