YG released his song ‘FDT‘ featuring Nipsey Hussle as a criticism of Donald Trump last year when he was only a Republican nominee for the 2016 presidential election. It gained even more relevance once Trump came out winning from the shocking result.
Trump’s run as the President of the United States has been highly controversial and YG has been spearheading the charge against him in Rap music. Tonight (August 20), he performed at the DAMN. tour stop at the United Center in Chicago where he had a trick up his sleeve. The Compton rapper brought out a fake Trump to the stage who was speaking to the audience in his typical tone. A few seconds later, YG came out storming from behind the stage, performing his viral song ‘FDT’ and chasing the fake Trump off the stage.
It definitely looks like a sight to see. Watch the fan captured footage below. The DAMN. tour with YG and D.R.A.M. will now be heading to Columbus, Ohio next on Tuesday and will run until September 2nd where it will conclude in Miami.
