Hopsin has been on a sort of hiatus from music for past few months. He told fans that he will be back with new music in July but that did not happen.

However, the talented emcee finally returns today with a new single titled ‘The Purge’. For a change, he is going over a Trap-influenced instrumental this time around. This follows a clever video announcement he made yesterday about the song, telling fans to get ready for Hip-Hop’s first “annual Purge”.
Back in April, he released ‘Bus That‘ song and video, preparing us for a new album. Stream ‘The Purge’ below before it arrives in stores and streaming services on Friday.
