A couple of days ago, reports surfaced that OVO affiliate Fif was shot dead in Toronto which was later confirmed by Drake himself on Instagram. He was a longtime associate and friend of Drizzy’s who also worked at OVO Sound label.
“RIP to one of our family members…our brother… I still can’t even believe this morning was real. It was a honor to have shared years together and I will always keep your memory alive, Forever Fif,” Drake wrote on Instagram. Details regarding his death were scarce till now but today, the Homicide squad of Toronto Police has released CCTV camera footage of Fif getting brutally shot and killed.
In the shocking footage which you can see below, two armed men come up to the glass door of the building and shoot Fif multiple times from close range. They also carefully wipe clean any finger print evidence from the door. The Police have revealed the approximate location of the incident as well — Kennedy Rd/Glamorgan Ave.

This is very sad and unfortunate. Rest in peace to Fif. Yesterday, Drake got a tattoo in honor of his late friend which was shared by Belgium based artist Bersekov.
