The Obama Foundation Summit, a two-day leadership event for “civic leaders from around the world,” will take place October 31 to November 1 in Chicago and none other than Chance The Rapper has taken the responsibility to curate a special concert for the same.
Chance the Rapper, the National, and Gloria Estefan will close out the event with a concert, the Obama Foundation has announced today. More artists, including some of Chance’s “friends” are set to be revealed at a later date. “With the Obama Foundation Summit, we’re bringing together young leaders from across Chicago, the country and the world to share ideas,” said Obama Foundation CEO David Simas. “We look forward to joining these leaders, Chance, Gloria Estefan, and The National in an event that inspires individuals to see themselves as change agents and celebrates civic engagement.”
