Chance The Rapper and Jeremih are going to team up again for a Christmas album.
According to producer Bongo, the two Chicago natives are planning to re-release their 2016 joint project Merry Christmas Lil’ Mama as a full album this time. Speaking with Rap-Up, the hitmaker revealed that the project will feature both blend of classic remakes and original material.
“It’s gonna be a little bit of both, but pretty much, it’s gonna be a completion of that project,” he said. “We just put it out for the culture, for the fans and stuff. Now, we’re really finishing it up and we’re gonna put it out right. It’s gonna have new music. It’s gonna be mixed and mastered and everything. We’re literally still putting it together,” the producer added. “It’s gonna be one of those [where] everything is gonna come together super fast.”
Bongo is also the producer behind 50 Cent and Jeremih’s upcoming single ‘Nothing‘ which the rapper previewed a couple of days ago. Yesterday, producer Hitmaka had revealed that Jeremih and Ty Dolla Sign’s joint album MihTy is finished.
