Lil Jon hasn’t been active with music releases lately but that doesn’t mean he’s been absolutely missing. His last album Crunk Rock came out way back in 2010 but in 2014, he bounced back hard with his single ‘Turn Down for What‘ with DJ Snake which topped charts around the world.
Jon has been doing DJ gigs in many parts of the world but he takes a break from that today with a brand new single titled ‘Alive’ where the king of Crunk joins forces with Atlanta stars Offset and 2 Chainz. This record, which comes courtesy of DJ City, really feels like a celebration of life. Listen to the high energy tune below.
Lil Jon recently linked up with Jermaine Dupri in the studio around the same time when JD was working with Usher as well so maybe they are looking to create another ‘Yeah!‘ moment? That would be magical.
