In a new interview in Berlin, The Game has reacted strongly to recent comments Star made on Complex’s Everyday Struggle show.
In a recent episode, Star and his co-host DJ Akademiks argued about The Game passing the West Coast torch to Kendrick Lamar. Star commented that The Game didn’t have enough laurels or quotables to be credible enough to do that. In this interview with 16 Bars TV, the lady plays the particular clip in question for the rapper and asks his opinion on the same. Game said Star and him have had past problems but if he had said that to his face, he would have broken his jaw “in a hundred million places.” Ouch.
“Everyone is entitled to their own opinion so if he feels like I didn’t pass anyone the torch or I don’t have quotables or I don’t have lyrics, then that’s just his opinion,” said Game. “As far as him saying it on a show with cameras and far away from Game’s face, it’s another thing. He wouldn’t say that to my face because I will probably break his jaw in a hundred million places,” he threatens Star. Watch the interview below (this convo stars at the 7:25 mark).
The Game and Star have issues dating back to March last year when Star threatened to sue Game and The Breakfast Club over comments Game made on the show. Responding to Envy’s past feud with DJ Star, The Game had offered to handle the situation by breaking Star’s jaw. Star then filed a lawsuit and asked for $10 million against Game and iHeart Media for defaming and threatening him.
