Freeway bounced back well after being diagnosed with kidney failure years ago but recently revealed that he’s still in need of a transplant partner. See his recent post from Baltimore’s Johns Hopkins Hospital below.
But that is not keeping the Philly legend from putting out new music. Freeway has partnered with Jay-Z’s company Roc Nation for his new album Think Free, which is out now everywhere. The first full song on the album, ‘Blood Pressure’ features Lil Wayne while fellow Philly native Lil Uzi Vert makes an appearance on track #11, ‘Swagger On A Mayo’.
Other than those two, Fat Joe, Jadakiss and Faith Evans are some of the other artists who make guest appearance on the 13 song-album. Stream it below.
