Ciara made a comeback to the music scene last week with her new single ‘Level Up‘ which was accompanied with a choreography-heavy music video.
The song has done pretty well so far, even inspiring a #LevelUp dance challenge on social media — CiCi has been sharing some of them on her Instagram. The veteran singer is now keeping the momentum with the official remix of the song featuring dance music specialists Missy Elliott and Fatman Scoop. The beat and the original song’s basics remain the same but Fatman Scoop comes through with his usual hype vocals while Missy delivers a half rap-half sung verse.
This is of course not the first time that the three artists are working together on a song. Missy Elliott’s 2005 song ‘Lose Control’ featuring Ciara and Scoop won a Grammy Award for Best Short Form Music Video, while the song received a nomination for Best Rap Song.
