Songs from Drake ‘Scary Hours 2’ EP Projected to Sell 1 Million Combined Units

It was quite evident that fans were very hungry for new Drake music. The Toronto superstar had not put out a single since ‘Laugh Now Cry Later‘ with Lil Durk back in August.

When Drizzy unloaded a three song pack in the form of the Scary Hours II EP this Friday, it dominated the timelines across the board. The rapper-singer presented different feels on all three tunes: ‘What’s Next’, ‘Wants and Needs’ feat. Lil Baby and ‘Lemon Pepper Freestyle’ with Rick Ross.

The songs have shot to the top spots on all major streaming services around the world. HDD projects that the three tracks could pull in a combined total of 1 million song equivalent units in the first week. The EP is currently on course to do a whopping 140-170 million total streams in the U.S alone.

Drake had also released a music video shot in Toronto for the opening track ‘What’s Next’ which you can watch here. Yesterday, Chad Ochocinco claimed that Drake and Rick Ross are working on a joint album.

Let’s hope that Certified Lover Boy arrives before Summer.
