Spotify has released their list of the 50 greatest Hip-Hop beats of all time, in celebration of the upcoming 50th year anniversary of the genre (August 11).

This kind of a list is always hard to do as you have to choose just 50 out of the thousands of amazing beats we have heard in the space over the last few decades. In curating the 50 Greatest Hip-Hop Beats of All Time list, Spotify editors considered production value, replay value, originality, innovation, influence and overall impact.
