UPDATE (Nov. 24): A third accuser has filed a lawsuit against the rap mogul for sexual assault. The new complaint from an anonymous accuser alleges Diddy and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns raping the plaintiff and her friend in early 90s, and that Diddy turned violent during a rage days later.
Rollingstone reports Diddy and Aaron met the woman and her friend at MCA Records, the distributor of Uptown Records, at the company’s offices in New York.
Combs and Hall then allegedly invited the women back to Hall’s apartment for an afterparty. “While at Hall’s apartment, Jane Doe was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs,” the filing claims. “After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.”
“Upon information and belief, when Combs finished with Jane Doe, he and Hall switched,” the paperwork states. A couple days after the alleged assaults, Combs allegedly visited the home where Jane Doe and her friend were staying and turned violent.
“He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out,” the complaint alleges. “Combs was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”

Last week, Cassie filed a lawsuit against her former partner Diddy, accusing him of years of abuse, rape and other horrid things that had people empathising with her. The suit was settled around 24 hours later, but the damage was done and many were drawing the line with Diddy.
Today, a woman has come out with more disgusting allegations against Diddy, this time from back in 1991.
Joie Dickerson-Neal has accused the Rap mogul of drugging her, filming himself sexually assaulting her and even showing the footage to numerous people. She says that this happened in January of 1991, when she was studying psychology at Syracuse University.
She says she went to dinner with him reluctantly and accompanied him as he ran some errands. She says she was drugged, left unable to stand or walk and forced to take a hit of a blunt. She says Diddy took her to where he was staying and sexually assaulted her there. Diddy is also being accused of revenge porn because he allegedly filmed the incident. The lawsuit also states that DeVanté Swing of Jodeci saw the tape, amongst others.
Dickerson-Neal has struggled with her mental health as a result of the incident, including but not limited to her being admitted to hospital for severe depression and suicide ideation.
This is the latest in a slew of accusations which have come one day before the expiration of the New York Adult Survivors Act. Dickerson-Neal says Cassie’s lawsuit from last week helped her face the assault again, despite the fact that she did file a police report in New York at the time.
