Future’s name has been buzzing heavy with some section of the media even calling him “the hottest rapper in the game”. Even we thought the hype was undeniable.
His new album Dirty Sprite or DS2 was released without much notice but with much fanfare. The project is out in physical and on digital stores right now but is the “#Futurehive” supporting it? Well, kinda.
HDD projects that the album, which is currently #1 on iTunes, to move around 70-75k copies in the first week which is close to what I had in my head but still not consistent with the social media hype.
UPDATE: The projections have been updated now and DS2 is now projected to do 125-135k in sales and 135-145k SPS. Now that is a huge jump.
