Kanye West has been in the news all 2016. The much talked about rapper has made history this week by becoming the first artist in history to score a number 1 album from predominantly streaming numbers.
Kanye made his way to the Paradise International Music Festival in Manila, Philippines tonight for his first show since the release of The Life of Pablo. It had plenty of highlight moments. ‘Ye performed several songs from Pablo for the first time live on stage, including ‘Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1 & Pt. 2’ and ‘Famous’. During the latter, he also spoke on how the song helped him break the writer’s block.
Kanye also did his trademark auto-tuned singing freestyle where he spoke on how he will always stay true to his artistry and thanked Wiz Khalifa, who performed on the same stage before him, for a great show. If you remember, the two beefed briefly over Amber Rose earlier this year. Watch the clips below.
