The Soul Train Awards took place a while ago but filmed only tonight by BET. Apart from performances from the likes of Brandy, Eric Benet, Carl Thomas, Dru Hill, Anderson .Paak and more, the channel also set up a “Soul Cypher,” similar to the rap cyphers at the Hip-Hop Awards.
The special R&B cypher tonight featured Tyrese, Gladys Knight, Robert Glasper on the keys, Ne-Yo, Tyrese and the wonderful Erykah Badu. They all did justice to it. Watch it below.
