Lonzo Ball Says No One Listens To Nas Anymore; Rapper’s Manager Reacts

Lonzo Ball Says No One Listens To Nas Anymore; Rapper’s Manager Reacts

Lonzo Ball is back again with some more controversial comments. Back in July, the Los Angeles Lakers rookie had claimed on his Twitter that he liked 21 Savage’s Issa Album more than JAY-Z’s 4:44, causing a lot of chatter on social media.

Now during an episode of his reality series Ball In The Family, Lonzo has said that listening to Nas is outdated and “real Hip-Hop” is instead Migos and Future. “Y’all outdated man. Don’t nobody listen to Nas no more,” Lonzo says in the clip which you can listen below. He then follows it up by saying, “Real hip-hop is Migos and Future.”

Back in May, the rapper had revealed that Lil Wayne, Future, DMX, 50 Cent and 2Pac are his favorite rappers. Lonzo is just 20 years old so it’s understandable that his idea of Hip-Hop would be quite different from someone who is 35 but the question is — is Lonzo being disrespectful in making such a claim about his choices?

Manager Anthony Saleh holds a special position as he oversees management for both Future and Nas so when he caught the news, he tweeted a hilarious post saying “Nas has never heard of you & Future thanks you for your support.” You can hear Lonzo’s comments at the 9 minute mark in the video below.

Bittersweet Victory

Meet LaVar, Tina, and their three boys born to go pro. Under fire from the media, LaVar and the whole family follow Lonzo to New York for Draft Day, but one special person can’t make the trip.

Rapper Lil B even commented and struck his famous curse… albeit on the wrong Ball family member.

Did lavar ball really say something about nas that was not of the highest respects concerning hip hop? You have been warned #cursed – Lil B
