Rapsody is easily one of the best female emcees around and she has proved it time and again. The North Carolina based artist is now prepping the release of her upcoming album Laila’s Wisdom which is dropping September 22.
Rapsody isn’t playing around when it comes to guest appearances on the LP. She’s got Kendrick Lamar on the album, with whom she collaborated on the song ‘Complexion (A Zulu Love)’ earlier on K.Dot’s sophomore album To Pimp A Butterfly. There are some more notable names as well — Busta Rhymes, Anderson .Paak, Black Thought, Musiq Soulchild, BJ The Chicago Kid, Lance Skiiiwalker and even Terrace Martin.
