Jay-Z dropped his thirteenth studio album 4:44 with minimal promotion on June 30 but that doesn’t mean he can’t push the campaign months later.
The legendary rapper has released several music videos to promote the album, including ‘The Story of O.J.‘, title song ‘4:44‘ which served as the first single, ‘Kill Jay-Z‘, ‘Adnis‘, ‘Moonlight’, ‘ManyFacedGod‘ and even the Reggae influenced ‘Bam‘.
Hov has decided to go for the Damian Marley featured and Sister Nancy-sampled song as the next official single off the album. It will go for adds to Urban as well as Rhythmic radio stations across the country on September 19. You will be able to see them pushing the single on other platforms as well. The song was produced by No I.D., along with rest of the album. For the video directed by Rohan Blair-Mangat, Jay and Damian Marley had traveled to Trench Town in Jamaica to discover the roots of the sound they incorporated on the song.
