Beyonce and Jay-Z have dropped $26 million on a house in East Hampton, NY, reports Trulia. The place is a seven-bed, seven-and-a-half bath estate in the luxurious beach side community. Throughout the last few years, the couple have often rented places in the area but they finally own their own now.
The mansion is 12,000 square feet located within a 2 acre piece of land and overlooking 203-feet of direct water space on Georgica Pond. It is also adjacent to a 17-acre meadow preserve. The 100-year-old structure, designed by noted architect Stanford White was recently renovated with modern facilities including an infinity pool.
Hand-milled woodwork can be seen all around the house while bathrooms come with marble selected in Verona, Italy. The guest cottage is a massive 1800-square-foot place. This news comes a few weeks after they reportedly spent $88 million on a Los Angeles home. Check out some photos of the mansion below.
