Taylor Swift is arguably one of the biggest artists in the world and she has maintained that stature for years now.
The singer released her new album Reputation today (Friday) and it just might be her darkest and most personal yet. Taylor has very interestingly decided not to make her album available for streaming anywhere so the only legal way to listen to the album is to either purchase a copy (soft or hard copy) or hear it for free for a limited time on iHeartRadio.
Fans were expecting the album to sell big but how big can she really get? According to HDD, Reputation is projected to move a massive 1.3 to 1.5 million copies in the first week. Remember, this is without any contribution from streaming numbers.
With this, Reputation will be the fourth album in a row to debut with more than 1 million in first week sales. Her album 1989 released in 2014 sold 1.2 million in the first week so Reputation will likely beat that by a good amount. Stay tuned for final numbers next Sunday.
