We have been eagerly waiting for Royce 5’9″ and DJ Premier to release the sequel to their excellent PRhyme album. The duo is reportedly releasing PRhyme 2 on March 16th and today arrives the first single ‘Era’.
‘Era’ is a collaboration with Dave East and features some sounds that you don’t usually expect from a Preemo production. Stream it below via various platforms. DJ Premier and Royce 5’9″ released one of 2014’s best albums with PRhyme, their self titled debut. The two followed up a year later with a deluxe edition of the album in December, 2015 with some additional bonus cuts.
Royce was spotted shooting something with J.Cole last week but only time will tell where their collab effort will end up.
