Good news for fans who are unable to make it to the Governors Ball festival this weekend in New York City — it will be live streamed for fans worldwide.
Founders Entertainment has announced that the three day fest taking place from Friday, June 1st through Sunday, June 3rd on Randall’s Island Park, will be live streamed via the DIRECTV NOW app and television broadcast presented by AT&T. In addition, fans will be able to catch the live stream on Twitter (link) and at AT&T’s website all weekend long from 4:45 p.m.-11:00 p.m. ET.
DIRECTV, DIRECTV NOW, and U-verse subscribers can also tune in nightly to AT&T’s AUDIENCE Network from 8:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. ET for a special television broadcast of headline performances, behind-the-scenes clips and more at Governors Ball this year.
Jack White, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Post Malone, The Gaslight Anthem, CHVRCHES, Manchester Orchestra, Sylvan Esso, Khalid, the world wide live debut of Silk City (Diplo + Mark Ronson), and many more are set to perform at this year’s fest whose performances will be live streamed. The press release skips the names of Travis Scott and Eminem which probably means their sets will not be included in the stream. Find the full lineup at the fest here.
