Beyonce and Jay-Z’s successful On The Run II tour made a stop in Atlanta last night but it ended in some confusion after a fan ran up on the stage and followed the power couple backstage.
A video posted by fans clearly shows a man wearing a white jersey rushing the stage and chasing The Carters. This took place towards the end of their set as they finished performing ‘Apeshit’ at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The backup dancers first appeared confused but when they realized it was an intruder running behind Jay and Bey, they immediately chased him down along with the security personnel. The identity of the person is still unknown but the couple’s publicist Yvette Noel-Schure assured fans that they were fine and “looking forward to the show” on Sunday night at the same venue.
