Fans have been looking forward to the Creed 3 soundtrack ever since it was announced a month ago that Dreamville will be curating the project.
J. Cole’s label has executive produced the soundtrack which features a variety of artists like Big Sean, Blxst, Ari Lennox, JID, Westside Boogie, Buddy, EST Gee and more. The Creed soundtracks have always been big events since the hit Rocky sequel franchise debuted in 2015.
Cole himself performs on a song called ‘Adonis Interlude (The Montage)’ which surprisingly features a sample from Dr. Dre’s ‘The Watcher‘ featuring Eminem and Knoc-turn’al off his second studio album 2001. Jay-Z later used the same beat for his song ‘The Watcher 2’ from The Blueprint 2.
“Who the f*ck want what with me?
Hardest out and I say that reluctantly
Coz this should go without sayin’, but y’all playin’ dumb
Far as these rappers go, I’m not fеarin’ none
Cole flows cold in any genre, with many combinations”
Cole isn’t playing around at all. The song, which is also produced by Dr. Dre, is now out in select international markets. Listen/preview it below.
