Last fall, Coolio died in L.A. in a moment which shocked many. The late rapper was found on the floor in his friend’s bathroom and after EMTs were called, he was pronounced dead on the scene.
Now, his cause of death has been revealed.
According to TMZ, the rapper’s family has been informed that he died from fentanyl. The coroner also found heroin and methamphetamines in his system and an investigator determined that his severe asthma and use of cigarettes in his lifetime made it harder for his body to fight back.
His family plans to honour his legacy through documentaries, film and continue it with his music, which is something to look forward to.
