Late last year, E-40 promised that he is going to release two new albums this year, Rule of Thumb: Rule 1 and Rule 2.
The first edition is now ready for release, coming to streaming platforms on November 17th. It features 23 songs in total which will be the same number of tracks on Rule 2, releasing January next year. Fans of the Bay Area veteran will definitely be happy with receiving 46 songs in a matter of 2 months.
