GELO, the Ball brother who’s proven he can do it all with the success of ‘Tweaker‘ (that also had a Lil Wayne feature) is back at it — this time, with Tennessee rap royalty GloRilla. Both rappers adept at making high energy, hype music, shine through on their latest single, ‘Can You Please?’
GELO has once again created a viral earworm of a hook that grabs the listeners quite instantly. The high tempo beats are met with the right energy as GELO flexes and glides, talking slick to a woman about what it is to “link up with a king.”
GloRilla too, brings the Memphis flavor on the track with a perfect blend of her signature defiant flow, subverting all expectations. The track is both aggressive and sensual, with a mix of sophisticated flows and fun lyricism but it has a similar sound to ‘Tweaker’ for sure.
