The big plans for the Hot 97 Summer Jam 2012 which is currently live from the MetLife stadium in New Jersey have gone awry as the headliner Nicki Minaj has decided to pull out from the concert at the last minute. She was expected to bring some surprise guests.
The exact reasons are unclear but Lil Wayne declared the same, tweeting “Young Money ain’t doing summer jam” after one of the radio channel’s hosts Peter Rosenberg supposedly made some comments disrespecting Nicki’s hit ‘Starships’ earlier in the day. Shortly after Wayne’s tweet, Nicki made the announcement on her Twitter blasting a series of tweets and re-tweets which you can peep below.
