We saw a number of Hip Hop and R&B releases on the 28th of this month and by the figures, it looks like most of y’all skipped copping most of them. Here are the first week sales estimates:

Lil Wayne - I Am Not a Human Being (90-100k)
Gucci Mane – The Appeal: Georgia’s Most Wanted (60-65k)
Lil Boosie – Incarcerated (25-30k)
Ice Cube – I Am The West (24-27k)
Jeremih – All About You (15-18k)

Damn… The Ice Cube record isn’t a classic, but it’s still a decent rap record (at least the west coast songs), and it’s doing 3 times less than Raw Footage (72k if I remember correctly). i can’t believe Gucci mane & Lil Boosie have bigger numbers than him :/

I really hope this won’t be his last record dur to poor sales…

Wow, you still listen to ice cube? He’s old that’s why we listen to Gucci Mane. East coast and West coast rap is so played out. And I live in LA. Everybody rock Gucci. Get your rap game up

yeah man boosie is the truth but Gucci Mane is the hottest rapper out here right now. He’s going harder then before and you can tell by his jewelry that he is well received where ever he goes
