When 50 Cent launched his Street King energy drink and announced his plan to feed a billion children in Africa through the United Nations World Food Program, some critics raised eyebrows over him not making an effort to do something similar back home in America. Curtis Jackson has now answered those people by partnering with Feeding America on his SMS Audio headphone line. Every purchase will provide as many as 250 meals to a needy person.

Above is his interview with Techcrunch where he explains the newly launched line, why it stands out from the rest and the charity work connected with it.

UPDATE: Check out a new commercial for the headphones after the break.
