Frank Ocean’s set at weekend #2 at Coachella got better reviews than last weekend as he played with a new band and also did not have any technical difficulties. ‘American Wedding’ was featured On Ocean’s mixtape Nostalgia Ultra and samples Eagles’ ‘Hotel California’. The band did not take it too nicely as they had threatened to sue Ocean for the unauthorized use.
Last night, apart from debuting a new song, Frank also performed ‘American Wedding’ with a different melody from the original but keeping the lyrics same. Here’s a clip capturing his performance.
