MMG’s Meek Mill created quite a buzz for himself with his Dreamchasers mixtape series and co-signs from the best in the game. His debut album Dreams & Nightmares was released on October 30th and according to HDD, it is expected to move a handsome 175-200k copies in the first week.

The number is definitely impressive, considering he has a big market in the East Coast which is suffering from the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. Meek’s solid showing follows another debutant — Kendrick Lamar’s huge success on the album charts this past week.
