Alicia Keys held the 2013 edition of Keep a Child Alive Black Ball event at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City a few days ago. Miss Keys hosted the star studded event which was successful in raising $4 million to help children and families dealing with AIDS in various parts of Africa.
Tamia & her husband Grant Hill, Clive Davis, Gayle King and Maxwell were some of the guests while Pharrell, Carole King, Roy Ayers, Laura Mvula and more took the stage to entertain the crowd. Alicia Keys pulled a surprise when she joined Pharrell to perform the biggest songs of this Summer, ‘Blurred Lines’ and ‘Get Lucky’.
