french montana 2013

French Montana has released three installments of his Mac & Cheese mixtapes and his debut album Excuse My French last year but the upcoming Mac & Cheese 4 will not be a free release. Rather, French has revealed that it will serve as his proper sophomore album with the first single planned to be out in the next couple of months. Surprised? So are we.

I’m going back to the essence on this album,” he tells Rolling Stone. “We’re giving the fans that grew up on me what they want. When we made the other music, it was just to be a little different and not do the same thing over.”

Furthermore, French has collaborated with Macklemore on a song called ‘Nightmare’ on the album and is also working with Rick Ross and Kanye‘s upcoming LPs.
