The first week sales projections for ScHoolboy Q debut album Oxymoron & Kid Cudi’s surprise new album Satellite Flight are here.
ScHoolboy Q released his debut album Oxymoron on March 25th via TDE/Interscope Records who achieved massive success in 2012 with Kendrick’s platinum selling and Grammy nominated debut good kid, m.A.A.d City. According to HDD, Q’s effort is projected to sell a solid 150-160k in the first week and likely to debut at #1 on Billboard 200 next week. Impressive!
Kid Cudi’s surprise new album SATELLITE FLIGHT: The Journey To Mother Moon is getting mixed reviews from fans but he is still on course to do 90-95k. That is quite commendable, given that the album was released at midnight on iTunes with a 2 hour notice only.
What do you think about the numbers?
