Big Boi released his last album Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors in 2012 but made the announcement yesterday that he will soon return with his third album, Boomiverse. It will be released via his new deal with Epic Records. He also shared the titles of the first two singles — ‘Mic Jack’ featuring Adam Levine and ‘Kill Jill’ with Killer Mike and Jeezy.
The first one is debuting in a couple of hours on Beats 1/Apple Music but the latter, ‘Kill Jill’ is now out in select international markets. The sample driven song has a nice Atlanta feel to it and all three artists shine in their own right on the record. It has an unexpected ending as well. Stream Daddy Fat Sax’s new offering below.
