Wow, this is kinda bizarre. Speaking to MTV, Curren$y has revealed that he along with underground giants Mos Def and Jay Electronica have started recording a joint album. They’ve also picked a name for the group: ‘Center Edge Territory’.
That’s ridiculous!” Curren$y said. “Jay Electronica is from my city, he’s from New Orleans. I never met homie until I stepped foot in this building. He came here to meet Mos. And Mos, I had only known him for 24 hours prior to that. But genuine people could recognize [each other], it was like, ‘Let’s go.’ “
They’re already 6 tracks in but don’t expect the album too soon.
