On April 5h, a long-running federal wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles over the fatal shooting of Notorious B.I.G was dismissed but not before both parties agreed that it could be refiled later. Therefore, the dismissal does not mean it was the last legal resort in the case which included allegations that Los Angeles Police Department officers were involved in the killing of Biggie Smalls.
The famed rapper was gunned down in March 1997 after leaving a late-night party at a Los Angeles museum. The authorities will now be re investigating the case. We still have hope, don’t we?
