Big Sean’s ‘My Last’ with Chris Brown is now a huge success, currently sitting at No.4 on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. But he tells Billboard that he didn’t like it initially but was pushed by producer No I.D. to record the track.
“At first, I didn’t even want to do the song. [NO I.D.] said, ‘Do you want to be a mixtape rapper forever, or do you want to make a song that people can really live to?’ “
We’re glad he made the right choice.
