?uestlove Says D’Angelo In Final Stages Of Finishing New Album

For the first time ever, The Roots leader ?uestlove has talked about his contribution to and the status of D’Angelo’s first album in 11 years, the follow up to 2000’s Voodoo. Talking to Billboard, Questo says the singer is in the final stages of finishing the album.

“I’m on his [D’Angelo’s] record as well. He’s in the home stretch right now. I know that Fred Wesley and the JB Horns just did a cut that Q-Tip did; I know he’s doing his vocals right now.”
