Kendrick Lamar performed two back to back nights at Club Nokia in LA, as part of his BET Music Matters tour. But last night was special as K. Dot brought out his boss Dr. Dre on ‘Compton’ and ‘The Recipe’. The good doctor had some nice words to say about him:
“I got to let y’all know something, I’m so proud of this man right here. He’s been handling his business even before y’all knew he was signed and shit. He was like let’s keep that shit on the low, I don’t want nobody to know and he kept doing his fucking thing. He’s a true muthafuckin’ lyricist, a real muthafuckin’ MC and that’s what we need in muthafuckin’ hip-hop.”
