2 Chainz performed at the 106 KMEL Summer Jam at Oracle Arena in Oakland, CA last night but not before he got into some trouble. He was robbed at gunpoint in San Francisco and according to the Police, his entourage fled the scene and ran like “cockroaches running from a flashlight” when the incident happened.
Police tells TMZ that they responded to a “shots fired” call around 4.30 PM but investigations are still on to determine what exactly happened. They also claim that Tity Boi wasn’t too cooperative with the investigations and wanted to handle the situation himself.
UPDATE: Police have confirmed to Radio.com that a member of 2 Chainz’ entourage and not the rapper himself was the victim of the robbery.
According to police, the rapper was walking with his entourage in the 800 block of Howard Street at about 4:30 p.m. when they were approached by a suspect carrying a handgun, who fired a gunshot. While most of the group scattered, one member of the entourage reportedly fell to the ground and was approached by the suspect, “who robbed him of an unknown item and fled the scene.”
UPDATE 2: 2 Chainz has finally addressed the situation on Twitter.
Rule #1 if a rapper gets robbed people usually post items that has been taken. Rings, chains, watch , money etc. 2 answer that question. Rule#2 if a rapper gets shot he usually go to hospital or dies. Rule# 3 we definitely got geeked up in San Fran , best smoke in the world. 2 blessed 2 stress
UPDATE 3: San Francisco Police Department spokesperson Dennis Toomer now says that 2 Chainz was in fact the victim. This is turning out to be one big mystery.

Toomer said the rapper was robbed of his wallet, which contained credit cards and cash money, as well as a cell phone.
UPDATE 4: And just like it was expected, TMZ has obtained footage of 2 Chainz getting robbed at gunpoint. The video shows how the rapper and the entourage frantically scatter after 2 gunmen — one in white shirt and other in black hoodie attack them on the street. Police say they took Tity Boi’s cellphone and wallet, refuting the rapper’s claim that he was not robbed. Watch below.
