The Game came under a lot of flak a few days ago after somebody discovered that a photo he posted on Instagram where he can be seen standing with Tupac is actually not real and had been photoshopped. A couple of people were also able to hunt the original photo down and spread on social media which irked a lot of Rap fans. You can peep the original photo after the break.
Game has now addressed the controversy in a statement to DJ Vlad:
Despite the fervor, Game asserts to VladTV that the pic was sent to him by a fan and was never an attempt to imply that the two West Coast emcees ever linked up; it was merely a way of showing respect to one of the most legendary rappers to ever hop in the booth.
